A strike hit the Kremniy EL Group plant in Bryansk, a Russian microelectronics producer that makes components for missile systems and drones, according to ASTRA on March 10.

ASTRA’s OSINT analyst identified the target as the Kremniy EL Group plant based on eyewitness footage.

The outlet noted the video was filmed by a bystander on Bryansk Front Street, about 1.3 kilometers from the facility.

The Kremniy EL Group is a major Russian microelectronics manufacturer and the legal successor to the Bryansk Semiconductor Devices Plant.

It produces integrated circuits, diodes, transistors, power modules, and other semiconductor components.

Those parts are used in missile systems, air defense systems, drones, electronic warfare systems, and radars, including Pantsir, Iskander, Topol-M, Bulava, S-300, and S-400 systems.

At the same time, ATESH  agents conducted visual reconnaissance of a heavily guarded chemical plant in Bryansk that they said is involved in producing components for Russia’s Grad, Uragan, and Tornado multiple-launch rocket systems.

The group added that it had gathered additional details with help from members of a “Secret Organization of Ukrainians” working at the facility, noting frequent cargo traffic, armed patrols, and intensified security measures.

ATESH said communications around the plant appeared restricted and that the collected information was passed to Ukraine’s Defense Forces for further analysis and assessment.
