Partisan movement ATESH successfully sabotaged a railway in the Belgorod region, disrupting the movement of ammunition, fuel, and logistical supplies intended for the Russian forces.

According to the statement on January 21, on the Day of Engineering Troops of the Russian Armed Forces, the ATESH partisan movement successfully carried out a sabotage on the railway in the area of the settlement of Razumne, Belgorod region. The sabotage of a relay cabinet temporarily blocked the operation of a crucial transport artery used for supplying resources to Russian forces, particularly the “Northern” group.

“The interference with the automation system caused serious delays in train movement. The convoys carrying ammunition could not arrive at their destination on time, leading to a temporary disruption of supplies and a shortage of ammunition at the frontline positions,” ATESH stated.

This railway line is a key component in the logistics network for the 380th and 345th motorized rifle regiments of the Russian military, which operate in the Kharkiv direction around the towns of Krasne, Morokhovets, and Lukyantsi.

The sabotage temporarily halted the supply of ammunition, fuel, and other logistical supplies to the front lines, creating significant problems in the Russian forces’ logistics.

“While the enemy is trying to eliminate the consequences of the sabotage, the brigade’s logistics remain at a standstill,” the movement added.

Just a day earlier, on January 20, Ukraine's Defense Forces struck an ammunition depot in the temporarily occupied town of Debaltseve, located in the Donetsk region. The strike ignited a massive fire and caused a series of secondary explosions.

The attack hit a significant ammunition storage facility used by Russian forces in the area, which remains under their control in eastern Donetsk.

Petro Andriushchenko, head of the Center for Study of Occupation, reported on Telegram that the strike directly impacted the ammunition site, describing the blast as so powerful that the occupation administration advised local residents to “stay at home” as they posted videos from the city.

Previously, ATESH sabotaged a crucial power substation in Russia’s Bryansk region. The attack is said to have crippled the electrical infrastructure in the Volodarsky industrial zone, disrupting essential military logistics operations.
