ATESH Sabotage Near Yekaterinburg Disrupts Russian Military Logistics and Rail Traffic

ATESH partisans have announced a sabotage operation targeting a railway junction near Yekaterinburg, claiming the attack has disrupted train traffic and jeopardized Russia’s military logistics.
According to the statement on September 17, one of the group’s agents damaged relay equipment on a section of track, causing failures in the movement of echelons along strategic supply routes. These lines, ATESH said, are used to transport ammunition, armored vehicles, fuel, and personnel to the front, as well as to factories and depots in Russia’s north and east.
“ATESH paralysed the railway junction near Yekaterinburg—Russia’s entire military logistics are now under threat,” the group stated.

The partisans stressed that military trains have been forced to stand idle, dealing a direct blow to the army’s rear supply system.
“ATESH shows that we can strike at the very heart of the war machine, and the enemy cannot feel safe anywhere,” the statement concluded.
ATESH partisans also conducted another sabotage operation against Russian military logistics in the Donetsk region. According to the group’s statement of September 2, the action took place near Debaltseve, an area where railway lines are frequently used to transport fuel, ammunition, and equipment to the front.
Earlier, partisans, operating deep inside Russia, disabled a railway line that supplies fuel and equipment to military factories.
