Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy condemned Russia’s attack and expressed his condolences to the victims.

“The targets for Russian bombs are a residential building, a bakery, a stadium... The ordinary life of ordinary people. Russia is a terrorist and proves it every day by its own actions, by its choice to fight and to try to expand the war,” wrote Zelenskyy.

Ukraine’s President emphasized the importance of stopping Russia’s terror.

“There is a lot of talk at the UN General Assembly now about collective efforts for security and the future. But we just have to stop the terror. To be safe. To have a future. For Russia to stop its criminal and unprovoked aggression, which violates all global rules,” he concluded.
