Prince Harry made an unannounced visit to Ukraine, where he met with wounded soldiers receiving treatment at the Superhumans Centre in Lviv, according to The Telegraph on April 10.
The Duke of Sussex visited the clinic alongside four veterans. The Superhumans Centre provides prosthetics, reconstructive surgery, and psychological support free of charge to those affected by the war. His visit was kept private until after his departure from the country.
During his time in Lviv, Prince Harry, who served in the British Army for 10 years, met with Ukrainian Minister of Veterans’ Affairs Natalia Kalmykova and spoke with injured soldiers undergoing rehabilitation.
Photographs from the visit showed him wearing a jacket with the logo of his Invictus Games Foundation, an initiative supporting wounded service members.

Lviv has faced repeated missile strikes since the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion in 2022. The UK Foreign Office currently advises against non-essential travel to the city and surrounding areas.
Prince Harry’s visit follows that of Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh, who traveled to Kyiv last year. In March, Prince William also met Ukrainian refugees during a visit to Estonia.
Since the full-scale war began, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have publicly expressed their support for Ukraine. In 2022, they condemned Russia’s invasion, calling it a violation of international and humanitarian law.
Previously, it was reported that UK Secretary of State for Defence, John Healy, shared a video message on his way to NATO headquarters in Brussels, where he is set to participate in a meeting in the Ramstein format on April 10.
