Recent claims suggesting that China is negotiating with Russia to send troops to Russian-occupied areas of Ukraine have been dismissed by Ukraine’s Center for National Resistance. The Kyiv Post confirmed that the Center has removed the original report from its website and stated that the information is no longer relevant.

On March 5, the Center for National Resistance published a report alleging that China was considering sending military personnel to gain combat experience in Ukraine, similar to North Korea’s involvement. The article also claimed that Chinese envoys had been seen in Russian-occupied territories as part of Beijing’s growing military cooperation with Moscow.

However, with the removal of the report and the Center’s clarification, there is currently no verified evidence to support these claims. The decision to take down the article suggests that the initial information may have been inaccurate.

No credible sources have confirmed China’s direct involvement in combat operations in Ukraine.
