At the upcoming Ramstein meeting of allied nations, new measures to support Ukraine, particularly regarding its North Atlantic integration, are anticipated. According to The Washington Post, citing Ukrainian and Western officials, NATO countries are considering options for more concrete support for Ukraine’s path towards future membership.

A Western diplomat indicated that while these proposals may not fully address Ukraine’s immediate needs, they will serve as an important signal. Additionally, another diplomat noted that following President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s unsuccessful attempt to lift missile restrictions, Ukraine might receive alternative forms of assistance during the conference in Germany.

Prior to the meeting, President Zelenskyy is expected to present his Victory Plan to allied leaders gathered at the Ramstein contact group session.
