Ukrainian forces struck two Russian air defense systems from the S-300V complex in the Zaporizhzhia region during a coordinated operation involving multiple units, Lasar’s Group reported on April 10.

The operation began with the destruction of a Russian Palantin electronic warfare system using drones operated by Lasar’s Group.

With enemy electronic interference suppressed, Ukrainian forces moved to the next phase—targeting air defense assets.

Lasar’s Group led the effort to locate and engage the S-300 systems, working in coordination with aerial reconnaissance units from the 15th Separate Artillery Reconnaissance Brigade “Black Forest.”

Joint analytical work enabled Ukrainian forces to pinpoint the positions of Russian air defense systems.

Strikes were then carried out against a 9A83 launcher of the S-300V system and a 9S32 multi-channel missile guidance radar associated with the same complex.

“These systems were interfering with the work of Ukrainian aviation. However, the ‘Lazars’ cleared the way, and Air Force units destroyed a Russian UAV control center,” the unit said.

Earlier, Ukrainian drone operators destroyed a Russian Tor-M1 air defense system in the temporarily occupied Donetsk region after an engagement in which the system shot down two incoming drones before being overwhelmed.
