Ukraine Regains Tyche Amid Series of Russian Attacks in Dnipropetrovsk Region

Units of the 67th Separate Mechanized Brigade have regained control of the village of Tyche in the Synelnykove district of the Dnipropetrovsk region. The brigade’s press service officially announced the liberation on December 7.
Thanks to well-coordinated actions, thorough operational planning, and professional execution of combat tasks, Ukrainian forces drove Russian units out of Tyche and fully cleared the settlement of enemy presence.
“As of December 6, 2025, the village of Tyche is under the full control of the soldiers of the 67th Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” the official statement reads.

Control over the village was restored after November 21, when Russian state channels published a video featuring Russian troops claiming they had allegedly captured the settlements of Tyche and Vidradne in the Oleksandrivka direction, purportedly by the “Vostok” group.
According to official information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Russia carried out 16 attacks in this sector, targeting the areas around Yalta, Ivanivka, Zelenyi Hai, Vorone, Rybne, Oleksandrohrad, Sosnivka, Stepove, Uspenivka, Pavlivka, and in the direction of Danylivka.
