Ukraine’s rocket and artillery forces launched a precision strike on the Russian Armed Forces' ‘Kursk’ military command post in the city of Rylsk, Kursk region, the Ukrainian General Staff reported on January 31.

According to the report, the high-precision, coordinated attack successfully destroyed the enemy command post. The operation is part of Ukraine’s ongoing strategy to systematically dismantle Russian command structures, disrupting their ability to coordinate military operations and logistics effectively.

Earlier, Ukrainian forces struck a reinforced Russian bunker in the occupied Kherson region using a US-supplied M712 Copperhead guided artillery shell.

In addition, Russian soldiers who refuse to extend their military contracts are being deployed to the Kursk region, where they are subjected to high-risk “meat grinder” assaults.

“Soldiers are being forced en masse to sign contracts for at least three years, and those who refuse are being transferred to the Kursk sector. At the same time, the command is making veiled hints about their likely fate there—'zeroing out' in 'meat grinder' assaults.”
