Border guards from the 8th unit of Ukraine’s State Border Guard Service have destroyed two Russian “Murom-M” surveillance systems and antenna equipment in the south.

The strike, captured on video, was reported on April 14 via the agency’s website.

According to the statement, drone operators identified the two Murom-M systems and a set of antenna hardware, then successfully destroyed all targets using FPV drones.

The Murom-M is a long-range visual surveillance system equipped with a high-powered zoom optical camera.

According to the Border Guard Service, the Murom-M can detect a person at distances of up to 10 kilometers. Its thermal imaging function can spot a vehicle from 8 kilometers away and individuals from up to 4 kilometers in the dark.

On April 14, another video was published showing an FPV drone, operated by Ukraine’s 103rd Territorial Defense Brigade, destroying a North Korean M1989 Koksan self-propelled artillery system used by Russian forces.
