Ukrainian Forces Decimate Russian “Rubikon” Drone Unit Command Post in Donetsk, Video

In recent operations on temporarily occupied Ukrainian territory in Donetsk, Ukrainian units destroyed a drone command post belonging to the Russian drone “Rubikon” unit, along with a large ammunition depot, General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine posted in Telegram on August 22.
These strikes were carried out in coordination with other components of Ukraine’s defense forces, highlighting ongoing efforts to weaken Russian military capabilities in the region.
“Ukraine’s missile and artillery forces continue to operate around the clock, striking key targets of the Russian military,” General Staff wrote.
Previously, it was reported that Russian troops have modified their Orlan-30 reconnaissance drone into a carrier for smaller FPV attack drones—only to have the prototype shot down by Ukrainian interceptors, Ukraine’s 118th Separate Mechanized Brigade reported.
