According to the brigade, the operation took place in the Shakhtarsky neighborhood, where reconnaissance identified enemy rotation and a buildup of forces for an impending offensive.

Once the positions were confirmed, the Sicheslav paratroopers deployed Grad rocket artillery. A barrage of ten shells struck the area where the enemy forces were gathered.

The attack destroyed light vehicles and inflicted casualties on the Russia forces. According to statement, at least six Russian soldiers were killed. Following these losses, the enemy was forced to halt its active operations in the area.

Earlier, Ukraine’s Defense Intelligence (HUR) unveiled exclusive archival footage capturing the combat efforts of Belarusian volunteers fighting Russian forces on the Zaporizhzhia front.

The footage, released by HUR on January 13, dates back to the autumn of 2025. It showcases a detailed combat operation carried out by Belarusian volunteers from Unit 1514, a part of the Timur Special Unit under Ukraine’s military intelligence.
