Russian Missile Strike Destroys Major Food Warehouse in Dnipro Leaving Six Civilians Injured

Russian forces conducted a missile strike in the city of Dnipro on June 3, causing significant damage and civilian casualties.
The attack hit a storage facility belonging to the ATB retail chain. As of 5:24 p.m., medical professionals confirmed that 12 individuals were injured, with five of those victims currently hospitalized. Three of the wounded remain in serious condition, according to Mayor of Dnipro Borys Filatov.

This strike follows a period of mourning in the city. Just one day earlier, a separate Russian attack on Dnipro resulted in the deaths of 16 people and left 42 others wounded.
Borys Filatov addressed the incident after the impact. "We hit their war corvette in Kronstadt. And they target ATB grocery warehouses in Dnipro… Condemned monsters and cowards. There are simply no words left," he said.
The incident was confirmed by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Hanzha, via his Telegram channel.
UPD. Twelve people have been wounded in the Dnipropetrovsk region following a series of Russian attacks. According to the regional military administration, the enemy targeted four districts 50 times throughout the day, utilizing a combination of drones, artillery, missiles, and an aerial bomb.
Additionally, a 38-year-old woman was wounded in the city of Dnipro. She has been taken to a hospital and is currently listed in moderate condition.

On June 2, 2026, Russia launched a massive, large-scale aerial attack against Ukraine, targeting multiple major cities including Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Dnipro with waves of attack drones, ballistic missiles, and cruise missiles.
Throughout the overnight assault, Ukrainian air defenses engaged numerous incoming targets, but the impact of falling debris and direct strikes ignited multiple fires, damaged civilian infrastructure, and resulted in significant casualties across the affected regions.
