Ukrainian forces struck Russia’s Seshcha airfield and multiple drone, radar, electronic warfare, command, and logistics sites on October 6 and overnight October 7.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported the strikes on October 7, stating that the targets were located in Russia and temporarily occupied Ukrainian territories.

The General Staff noted that the extent of damage at Seshcha airfield in Russia’s Bryansk region is still being assessed.

According to the General Staff, Ukrainian forces also struck a Russian electronic warfare station near Hrynove and a radar station near Elionka in the Bryansk region. The military command added that a site used to store, prepare, and launch Russian strike drones was hit near Donetsk.

The General Staff further reported strikes on Russian drone command posts near Bilotserkivka and Kamianka in the temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhia region. It also confirmed a strike on a command post near Hirnyk and command and observation posts near Ukrainsk and Kurakhivka in the Donetsk region.

In the temporarily occupied Luhansk region, the General Staff reported that Ukrainian forces struck a logistics depot near Krynychne and a fuel and lubricant depot near Kondriuche. "The Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to strike enemy military facilities," the General Staff wrote.

The strikes form part of Ukraine’s broader effort to disrupt Russian rear-area command, drone, surveillance, electronic warfare, and logistics infrastructure supporting combat operations.

Ukrainian forces have repeatedly hit the same categories of Russian infrastructure, including a drone storage and launch site near occupied Donetsk, which was struck on September 14 and overnight into September 15.

That operation also targeted three electronic warfare stations, two radar sites, and a MESH communications relay in the Bryansk region, along with a fuel and lubricant depot in the temporarily occupied Luhansk region.

Separately, a RAM-2X drone struck a Russian Nebo-M long-range radar near the Millerovo airfield in Rostov region, a facility regularly used to launch Shahed-type drones against Ukraine.

The radar was hit roughly 175 kilometers from the line of contact.
