Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces set a new daily record on November 5, reporting strikes on 751 Russian troops in a single day, including 269 who were killed, the command said on November 6.

The figure surpassed the previous record set just four days earlier, on November 1, when Ukrainian drone operators reported hitting 708 Russian troops.

According to the commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces, units under the command have hit 3,505 Russian troops since the beginning of November, along with more than 11,400 other Russian targets.

The heaviest losses were concentrated on the Dobropillia and Huliaipole axes.

The command said 2,489 Russian personnel casualties—71% of the total recorded by its units since the start of the month—came in those two sectors.

Across the first five days of November, Ukrainian Unmanned Systems Forces averaged 685 Russian troops hit per day.

Previously, reports emerged that Russia suffered its heaviest monthly military losses since launching its full-scale invasion of Ukraine, with 54,400 Russian troops killed or severely wounded in October 2026.
