Ukraine’s Drone Forces Say Deep Strikes Inside Russia Jumped 1,150% Since January

Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces have increased strikes in Russia’s operational and strategic depth by 1,150% since the start of the year, according to their commander, Robert “Madyar” Brovdi, who reported the figures on July 3.
“Accomplished fact: bird-2026 is bringing the stinging special effects of war to the occupier’s territory—there is no longer any calm rear for the worm across the entire European part of Muscovy. For now, the European part, and then we shall see,” Brovdi said.

Brovdi said Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces carried out 2,359 deep-strike combat missions in June, targeting sites located 500 to 2,000 kilometers away. During those missions, Ukrainian operators hit 172 facilities tied to Russia’s military-industrial complex and fuel-and-energy infrastructure.

The force also conducted 3,406 middle-strike missions at distances of 150 to 300 kilometers, hitting or destroying 1,682 targets.
In the front-strike category, covering distances of 25 to 150 kilometers, Ukrainian operators carried out 2,747 combat missions and hit or destroyed 1,265 targets.
Brovdi said the priority targets remain enterprises whose revenues help Russia finance its war, as well as facilities involved in producing weapons and components, logistics sites, fuel infrastructure, strategic and tactical infrastructure, military equipment, and Russian personnel.
Earlier, reports emerged that operators of Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces hit a Russian target every 52 seconds in June and killed or wounded one Russian soldier roughly every four minutes.
