A second luxury superyacht linked to the family and inner circle of Russian leader Vladimir Putin has left Russian waters and departed for Turkey, according to marine tracking data analyzed by the independent investigative outlet Verstka on June 30.

Victoria’s southern voyage closely follows the high-profile redeployment of another Putin-linked vessel, the 82-meter superyacht Graceful, which recently left the Baltic Sea to begin a transit around Western Europe toward Istanbul.

The 71-meter luxury vessel Victoria departed the coast of Russia’s Krasnodar Krai on June 26. According to Marine Traffic tracking data, the yacht transited the Bosphorus Strait on the morning of June 28, anchoring briefly in Istanbul’s Pendik district before proceeding toward the prestigious Aegean resort city of Bodrum.

While the Victoria is formally valued at approximately $30 million and registered to corporate structures belonging to billionaire oligarch Gennady Timchenko—a close friend of Putin—investigative reports by the Dossier Center have revealed the vessel is actively used by the Russian leader’s immediate circle, including Alina Kabaeva and her friends, Verstka wrote.

The Graceful activated its automatic tracking transponder for the first time since 2022 while navigating the Baltic waters between Germany and Denmark, heavily escorted on its journey by a Russian navy destroyer and the rescue-and-salvage ship Voevoda.

Shortly after international media publicized its movement, the Graceful disabled its transponder while passing through the Skagerrak Strait between Denmark and Sweden, though its naval escort remained visible on tracking systems off the coast of Stavanger, Norway.

The relocation of these vessels follows a recent legal dispute involving seized Russian maritime assets. A lawsuit filed in a Florida court accused Antigua and Barbuda Prime Minister Gaston Browne of arranging a $6 million bribe during the sale of the seized superyacht Alfa Nero to a Turkish conglomerate.
