Daily Update: Russia Loses 820 Troops, 5 Tanks, and 1,500+ Drones in One Day

Russian forces lost another 820 troops over the past 24 hours, according to the Ukrainian General Staff’s morning update on February 11.

The latest battlefield data brings Russia’s total estimated losses since the start of the full-scale invasion in February 2022 to roughly 1,249,380 personnel.

According to the General Staff, Russian forces have now lost:

  • 11,661 tanks (+5 in the past day);

  • 24,020 armored combat vehicles (+2);

  • 37,148 artillery systems (+59);

  • 1,638 multiple launch rocket systems (+1);

  • 1,298 air defense systems (+1);

  • 435 aircraft (no change);

  • 347 helicopters (no change);

  • 130,711 operational-tactical UAVs (+1,551);

  • 4,270 cruise missiles (no change);

  • 28 ships or boats (no change);

  • 2 submarines (no change);

  • 77,969 vehicles and fuel tankers (+235);

  • 4,070 pieces of special equipment (no change).

Across the battlefield, 126 combat engagements were recorded during the same period. The heaviest fighting once again centered on the Pokrovsk direction, a sector that Defense Express analysts describe as one of Moscow’s primary operational priorities in recent months.

Earlier, reports emerged that the Russian oil sector incurred more than $13 billion in direct and indirect losses as a result of Ukrainian drone attacks in 2025.
