According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (DSNS), emergency teams were active throughout the night, responding to fires and damage across multiple areas.

In the capital, multiple districts were hit by either missiles or loitering munitions. In Dniprovskyi district, a fire erupted on the fourth floor of an 18-story residential building.

According to RBC-Ukraine, Ksenia Semenova, rector of the National Aviation University, confirmed that one of the institution’s dormitories had been hit directly: “It hit the elevator shaft, no casualties. Windows were shattered in the dormitory.”

In surrounding areas, damage and casualties were also reported. In Vyshhorod district, a residential fire triggered acute stress reactions in five individuals—three women, one man, and an eight-year-old child—who all received assistance from medical teams and DSNS psychologists.
In Bila Tserkva, a 47-year-old woman was killed during the attack, and one man was hospitalized with injuries. In Boryspil district, industrial buildings and two civilian vehicles were damaged. As of 09:20, medical authorities confirmed at least eleven people were injured, including two minors aged nine and sixteen. Eight individuals were hospitalized, and others received treatment at the scene.
The Ukrainian Air Force reported the launch of missiles from MiG-31K aircraft, likely carrying Kinzhal hypersonic missiles, and noted the possible use of Iskander-K cruise missiles. The attack was executed in several waves, with multiple aerial threats approaching from different directions, triggering repeated explosions across affected locations.
