Over the past few months, the Russian forces have resorted to the massive use of cars, buggies, ATVs, and even electric scooters. This was reported by the Ukrainian Azov brigade on December 22.

“Every day, Russian infantry attempts to breach the defenses using any means possible, seeking to take positions in ruined buildings, basements, or forests,” the statement reads.

According to the brigade, in recent months, during intense assaults, the Russian forces have lost a significant amount of armored vehicles. As a result, the Russians are now resorting to the widespread use of cars, buggies, and electric scooters.

“As on the entire front line, the number of enemy infantry in the Toretsk sector is significantly higher. Therefore, attempts to assault are stopped on the approach of the Russians to the positions of the infantry of the Defense Forces,” the brigade said.

All types of Russian vehicles, as well as their destruction, have been recorded on video released by the Azov brigade.

Previously, a UK Ministry of Defence report on December 17 revealed that Russia's significant losses of armored vehicles on the battlefield have compelled Moscow to retrieve aging Soviet-era tanks from storage, with satellite images showing nearly depleted stockpile bases in Siberia.
