Sabotage Attacks Disable Dozens of Russian Military Locomotives, Ukraine’s Intel Confirms

A series of sabotage operations have struck the military logistics network on the territory of Russia.
According to Ukraine’s Defense Intelligence Directorate (HUR) on November 6, members of the anti-Kremlin resistance movement “Freedom of Russia” carried out successful attacks targeting Russia’s transport infrastructure.
The operations focused on locomotives used by the Russian military to deliver weapons, ammunition, and equipment to the front lines. As a result of the resistance’s actions, dozens of these locomotives were disabled — their control and power systems destroyed by incendiary devices.

HUR reports indicate that the attacks have significantly disrupted the movement of Russian military supplies and undermined the stability of logistical support for enemy forces at the front.
The “Freedom of Russia” movement has been active since the start of the full-scale invasion and remains one of the largest and most effective anti-Putin resistance networks operating within Russian territory, Intelligence reported.
Meanwhile, Ukrainian forces conducted a precision strike overnight on November 6, resulting in the destruction of a Russian facility located inside the occupied Donetsk airport. According to Commander Robert “Madyar” Brovdi, head of Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces, the facility served as a storage, assembly, and launch base for Russian Shahed drones.

This operation followed months of intelligence gathering. Brovdi released video footage confirming the mission was a joint operation. It involved the cooperation of Special Operations Forces, Rocket Forces and Artillery, and the reconnaissance unit of the 414th Brigade, known as the “Madyar’s Birds.”
Earlier, operating on the Siversk front, drone pilots from the Signum battalion of the 53rd Separate Mechanized Brigade successfully destroyed a Russian BM-21 Grad multiple launch rocket system.
