US President Donald Trump confirmed that Ukraine has until November 27 to agree to a “peace plan,” calling this deadline “an appropriate time,” the President said during an interview with Fox Radio on November 21.

He mentioned that while he has had many deadlines in the past, “if things are going well, deadlines usually get extended.” However, he emphasized that Thursday, November 27, is the target date for a decision.

When questioned about the proposed Ukrainian territorial concessions in the peace plan, Trump remarked that Ukraine will “lose land soon,” adding, “They are losing land.”

Trump also made it clear that he has no intention of lifting oil sanctions on Russia. He revealed that he plans to impose “very powerful” new sanctions against Russia in the near future.

Previously, it was reported that US Senator Lindsey Graham revealed that Donald Trump privately urged Senate Majority Leader John Thune to advance a bipartisan Russia sanctions bill, which now has support from over 80 senators, CNN reported.
