Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced during a press-conference on July 15 that Ukraine is currently in discussions regarding bilateral security agreements with nine additional countries.

This initiative aims to increase the total number of countries with which Ukraine has signed such agreements to 32.

Ukraine has successfully concluded security pacts with 23 nations, covering areas such as humanitarian aid, military cooperation, reconstruction efforts, and financial support.

According to President Zelenskyy, the cumulative value of these signed agreements amounts to $38 billion, a significant achievement in Ukraine's diplomatic efforts. He expressed confidence in the progress made, stating, "I believe this is a powerful result."

Recent developments include the signing of security agreements with Poland, Luxembourg, and Romania during the NATO summit, following commitments made by the Group of Seven (G7) countries in July 2023.

Moving forward, Ukraine's President's Office is actively engaged in negotiating agreements with Czechia, Slovenia, and Ireland, as previously announced by Zelenskyy via social media.
