Daily Update: Russia Loses 1,460 Troops, 52 Artillery Systems, and 2 Air Defense Systems in One Day

Russian forces lost another 1,460 troops, one tank, six armored combat vehicles, and 52 artillery systems over the past 24 hours, Ukraine’s General Staff reported on July 10.

According to the latest figures, Russia’s total estimated personnel losses since the start of the full-scale invasion on February 24, 2022, have reached approximately 1,416,280.

Ukraine’s military also reported the destruction of one multiple launch rocket system, two air defense systems, eight ground robotic systems, 1,868 operational-tactical UAVs, 339 vehicles and fuel tankers, and no additional special equipment over the past day.

Overall Russian losses reported by Ukraine now include 12,108 tanks, 24,912 armored combat vehicles, 45,680 artillery systems, 1,923 multiple launch rocket systems, 1,482 air defense systems, 437 aircraft, 353 helicopters, 1,865 ground robotic systems, 400,631 operational-tactical UAVs, 4,887 cruise missiles, 33 ships and boats, two submarines, 118,249 vehicles and fuel tankers, and 4,402 pieces of special equipment.

Ukraine’s General Staff said 283 combat engagements took place between Ukrainian Defense Forces and Russian troops over the past day.

Earlier, reports emerged that Moldovan citizens trying to enter Russia were facing intense interrogations and pressure to sign military contracts with the Russian Defense Ministry.

Border guards are targeting men aged 18 to 60, people traveling alone, individuals holding newly issued passports, and those who have previously traveled to Ukraine or hold Russian citizenship.
