According to SBS Commander Robert “Madyar” Brovdi, SBS drone units struck 23 military targets and facilities deep behind Russian lines during overnight operations on May 30. Brovdi announced the results on social media.

“Night of May 30 was fiery. The freedom-loving Ukrainian Bird of the SBS worked throughout the night on 23 military targets and objects in the enemy’s operational depth. Oil infrastructure was no exception,” Brovdi said.

According to Brovdi, the targets included a tanker associated with Russia’s shadow fleet and the Kurgannefteprodukt oil depot in Taganrog, as well as a maritime oil terminal in temporarily occupied Feodosia, Crimea.

The strikes were carried out in coordination with the newly established Deep Strike Center of the Unmanned Systems Forces, Brovdi added.

Earlier, local authorities in Taganrog reported a drone attack on the city overnight. According to Russian officials, a fuel storage tank and an oil tanker caught fire in the port area following the attack.

The reported strikes on fuel infrastructure came hours after Brovdi announced another SBS operation in the Taganrog area. According to the commander, long-range drones operated by the 1st Separate Unmanned Systems Center struck two Russian Tu-142 long-range maritime patrol aircraft and an Iskander tactical missile system at a military airfield overnight on May 30.

Taganrog, located in Russia’s Rostov region near the Sea of Azov, serves as an important logistics and industrial hub supporting Russian military operations. Feodosia hosts one of the largest oil terminals in occupied Crimea and has previously been targeted in Ukrainian long-range strike campaigns against Russian military and energy infrastructure.
