On September 4, Russia launched two attacks on the Ukrainian cities of Lviv and Kryvyi Rih, killing at least 10 people and causing significant damage to the civilian infrastructure.

Millions of Ukrainians have lost their homes due to Russian aggression. While the Russian army has physically destroyed few Ukrainian cities, Russian civilians have been able to make money on this and are actively selling other people's surviving housing in the occupied territories.

Mongolia, an International Criminal Court (ICC) Statute signatory, did not arrest Russian dictator Vladimir Putin despite the country’s obligation under an ICC warrant, citing neutrality and reliance on Russia.

In August alone, Russia fired over 200 missiles at Ukraine, not including guided bombs. Allowing Ukraine to target Russian airfields can drastically cut these attacks.

The continued unprecedented number of Russian air attacks on Ukraine has elevated the importance of strengthening Ukraine’s air defense capabilities. Assistance from Western allies has been crucial. How have they helped, and what types of systems does Ukraine currently have?
