Daily Update: Russia Loses 990 Troops, 5 Tanks and 61 Artillery Systems in One Day

Russian forces lost 990 troops, five tanks, and 61 artillery systems over the past day, according to the General Staff of Ukraine’s Armed Forces on March 11.
The latest battlefield update also outlines Russia’s total estimated combat losses since the start of the full-scale invasion on February 24, 2022.

According to the Ukrainian military, Russia has lost approximately:
1,275,980 personnel (+990 in the past day);
11,763 tanks (+5);
24,177 armored combat vehicles (+3);
38,263 artillery systems (+61);
1,680 multiple launch rocket systems (+1);
1,328 air defense systems (no change);
435 aircraft (no change);
349 helicopters (no change);
170,966 operational-tactical drones (+2,157);
4,403 cruise missiles (no change);
31 warships or boats (no change);
2 submarines (no change);
82,791 military vehicles and fuel tankers (+281);
4,088 units of special equipment (+1).

The General Staff also reported 137 combat engagements along the front line during the past 24 hours.
Russian forces concentrated their attacks primarily in eastern sectors, with the most intense fighting reported near Pokrovsk, Huliaipole and Kostiantynivka.
Operational information released by the General Staff at 8:00 a.m. on March 11 also detailed the scale of Russian strikes during the previous day.

According to the report, Russian forces carried out 85 airstrikes, dropping 262 guided aerial bombs.
In addition, Russian troops deployed 9,378 strike drones and conducted 3,817 attacks on Ukrainian positions and populated areas, including 96 strikes using multiple launch rocket systems.
Earlier, Ukrainian intelligence obtained classified Russian documents revealing that the irreversible losses of the Russian army have exceeded 1.3 million people, with a significant increase in the proportion of fatalities among these losses, including the dead and severely wounded.
