The governor of the Volgograd region claimed that all drones had been intercepted, but falling debris reportedly caused a fire in an industrial zone. Authorities stated that the fire had been extinguished.
In the Kaluga region, drones targeted an industrial facility, resulting in a fire. Meanwhile, air defense systems were reportedly active in the Saratov and Tula regions.
Videos from Volgograd suggest that drones operated with minimal resistance, as the sounds of air defense systems were not evident.
Earlier on February 13, drones operated by Ukraine’s Security Service (SBU) reportedly targeted the Andreapol oil refinery in Russia’s Tver region for the second time in two weeks, temporarily halting oil pumping operations.
