The administration of US President Donald Trump has reportedly resumed deliveries of critical military aid to Ukraine, including precision-guided HIMARS rockets and 155mm artillery shells, according to the Associated Press on July 10.
Two US officials, speaking on condition of anonymity, confirmed that the resumed deliveries include GMLRS rockets for HIMARS systems and 155mm artillery rounds—two of the most crucial categories of military aid for Ukraine’s front-line defense.
It remains unclear exactly when the shipments resumed. However, the move follows a temporary pause in deliveries last week, which Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth ordered to reassess Pentagon stockpiles.

That decision reportedly caught the White House off guard and sparked concern on Capitol Hill over the reliability of US military support for Ukraine.
On July 1, multiple US media outlets reported that the Trump administration had quietly paused some weapons shipments over concerns about the rate of depletion in US stockpiles. In response, a bipartisan group of 17 senators and representatives sent a joint letter to the Pentagon demanding a swift resumption of all aid flows to Ukraine.
By July 7, the Pentagon confirmed it had been instructed by President Trump to resume defense aid deliveries. In a related announcement, the White House said it was also considering providing Ukraine with an additional Patriot air defense system—a move that would further bolster Ukraine’s ability to repel Russian missile and drone attacks.
Earlier, reports emerged that US President Donald Trump was reportedly considering sending Ukraine another Patriot air defense system to strengthen Kyiv’s defenses against ongoing Russian aerial attacks.
