Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry has unveiled an updated exhibition of domestically produced weapons, featuring a new long-range strike drone designed for deep attacks, as the country continues to accelerate its defense industry amid the war, according to Militarnyi on April 14.
According to the system’s specifications, the “Sichen” drone has a range of up to 1,400 kilometers and can strike targets with an accuracy of within 20 meters.

It carries a 40-kilogram warhead and is designed to engage high-value targets, critical infrastructure, and concentrations of enemy forces.
The UAV reaches speeds of up to 200 km/h and operates at altitudes of up to 1,500 meters, with a maximum takeoff weight of 140 kilograms. Preparation time before launch is reported to be under 15 minutes, allowing for rapid deployment.
The drone is also designed to operate in environments with active electronic warfare, enabling it to carry out missions at operational-tactical depth both day and night.

The system was presented as part of a broader defense industry showcase attended by foreign diplomats, where Ukrainian companies demonstrated a range of newly developed weapons and systems.
According to Ukrinform, the updated exhibition includes cruise missiles such as the R-360 Neptune, AREION, and Flamingo, along with drones including Buntar-3, GOR, Sichen, and Sova-150. Interceptor drones Octopus and STING were also displayed, alongside the LTEJ Mirage electronic warfare system and mock-ups of Ukrainian man-portable air defense systems.
“The fact that we are updating this exhibition just one year later speaks to the pace at which Ukraine’s defense industry is developing—and the pace demanded by modern warfare,” Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said.
“Ukrainian weapons are unique—they are battle-tested. And this is our real asset,” he added.
Earlier, Ukrainian forces successfully took control of a Russian position using only drones and ground-based robotic systems.
