Russian Drone Hits High-Rise Building in Kropyvnytskyi, Leaving 1 Hospitalized

A Russian drone struck a multi-story apartment building in Kropyvnytskyi on the evening of September 3, injuring 1 person who was subsequently hospitalized.

Head of the Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration, Andrii Raykovych, confirmed the direct hit on the residential structure.

He stated that 1 individual sustained injuries from the strike and received medical treatment at a local hospital. Emergency services continue to assess the full scale of the destruction.

Overnight into September 3, Russian forces executed widespread strikes against civilian infrastructure in Odesa and the Kyiv region, injuring at least 19 people, including 3 children.

In Odesa, the bombardment targeted a 21-story residential complex, severely damaging apartments from the 10th to the 17th floor and injuring 17 civilians.

In the Kyiv region, additional strikes damaged warehouses, administrative structures, small businesses, and a private house, leaving 2 individuals injured across the Boryspil and Obukhiv districts.
