As of 9:50 PM, four resilience centers were opened in the city and surrounding community to allow residents to charge phones and other devices.
Roman Romanyuk, the acting head of the Volyn Regional Military Administration, confirmed that the region was targeted by “Shahed” drones. By 9:10 PM, more than 30,000 residents were without electricity.
Air raid alerts were first triggered in the Kamin-Kashyrskyi district at 7:22 PM, followed by the Volodymyr district at 8:14 PM, where the alert lasted for 34 minutes.

The Ukrainian Air Force had previously reported the movement of Russian drones within the region. As of 9:30 PM, there was no information regarding casualties or fatalities.
