According to the Air Force, “several Russian UAVs in the Odesa region near the Moldovan border may have violated state airspace,” and the military believes one drone likely entered Romanian territory as well.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed that some of the drones flew into Moldova and Romania. He emphasized that four drones crossed into the airspace of Ukraine’s neighbors, adding that there is precise timing recorded for their flight paths.
“That's why all partners must remember that lives need to be saved every day. Weapons and air defense are essential. There can be no pauses in assistance. What matters now is that all partners move toward diplomacy together, through joint efforts. Pressure on Russia must work,” Zelenskyy said.

On November 25, Russia launched a coordinated overnight strike on Kyiv firing Kalibr cruise missiles, Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles, and Shahed attack drones that ignited several residential buildings and left at least six people dead and 13 injured, including children.
As the attack continued, several waves of strike drones converged on Kyiv from different directions, including over the Obolon district.
In the Pechersk district, debris from a downed missile hit a 22-story residential building, damaging several floors and sparking a fire between the 4th and 5th levels. One resident was pulled from the rubble, and emergency crews continued clearing the site.
Earlier, a Russian missile barrage struck western Ukraine overnight, bringing down part of a residential high-rise in Ternopil and killing at least 28 people, with dozens more—including children—injured. The attack coincided with strikes on Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Kharkiv, stretching emergency services across multiple regions.
