The platform connects institutional investors with Ukrainian defense companies, aiming to attract capital, coordinate investment efforts, and support deal-making across the sector.

The club has been operating since October 2025. Currently, it brings together 15 investment funds focused on defense, including Darkstar VC, UA1, D3 VC, Defence Builder & Defender Ventures, MITS Capital, Resist.UA, Miltech Capital, and several other notable entities, according to Militarnyi.

Its first analytical product, the Dealbook, reviewed, verified, and publicized defense tech investments between 2023 and 2025. According to the data, investments surged nearly 100-fold, from $1.1 million in 2023 to $105.2 million in 2025, with around 30% of deals remaining undisclosed.

The largest share of funding went into unmanned and autonomous systems, including maritime platforms, drones, and ground robotic systems.

Average investment sizes also grew sharply, from $215,000 to $718,000 at the idea or prototype stage, and from $1.8 million in 2024 to $2.9 million in 2025 for companies with market-ready products, Militarnyi wrote.

Previously, Ukrainian forces have released footage showing an entire Russian infantry detachment eliminated using a single unmanned ground combat vehicle, underscoring how robotic systems are increasingly reshaping frontline warfare, Third Army Corps reported.
