Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, in his official evening address on July 11, confirmed that military aid from the United States has been fully restored. He emphasized ongoing efforts to expand weapon production in Ukraine and ensure stronger support for the Ukrainian armed forces.

“According to all reports, supply has been restored,” Zelenskyy said. “We are now working with our partners on new deliveries, increased weapons production in Ukraine, and broader support for our army.”

He emphasized that current agreements with international allies—especially from the US—are not only holding strong, but expanding. The goal is rapid implementation to address urgent defense needs, particularly air defense.

“We already have good agreements, and we expect more. It’s essential to implement each one swiftly, so that it is truly felt on the ground—more strength, more resources, better protection of our skies, more air defense systems,” the President stated. “This is a key priority.”

Zelenskyy also highlighted upcoming meetings with US military leadership, signaling tighter cooperation at the operational level. He mentioned expected coordination with US Special Envoy for Ukraine, General Keith Kellogg, and stressed that political backing from Washington remains unwavering.

“We have political signals of the highest level—good signals, especially from the United States of America and our European friends,” he noted. “Next week, our military will continue working with the American side, including General Kellogg.”

In addition to international coordination, Zelenskyy took a moment to personally recognize the dedication and effectiveness of Ukrainian forces across key battlegrounds. He praised the efforts of numerous brigades for their outstanding contributions in defending Ukraine’s territory in Sumy, Kharkiv, Vovchansk, Kupyansk, Toretsk, Kramatorsk, and Pokrovsk.

Special mention was given to the 95th Air Assault Brigade and the 13th National Guard Brigade “Khartiia” for their critical role in holding defensive lines and repelling enemy advances.

“Glory to Ukraine!” he concluded.

On the same day, it was reported that the US Senate Armed Services Committee has greenlit $500 million in security assistance for Ukraine as part of its draft National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2026.
