Ahead of the Olympic Games, Ukraine mourns athletes killed since the start of the Russian invasion.

Russia continues to build up its forces in Ukraine, tripling their number since the full-scale invasion began in 2022.

An "unidentified type of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV)" was shot down on July 20th in Kyiv, which was reported by the Ukraine's Air Force. But what do we know about this drone so far?

Since the beginning of the Russian full-scale war against Ukraine, there has been a concerning pattern of Russia violating NATO countries’ borders. From airspace incursions to suspected electronic warfare, these actions are seen as signs of a deliberate escalation by Moscow.

Ukraine now holds the world record for the world’s longest-range sniper kill, at 2.36 miles, which is approximately 3,800 meters. The new record beats one previously held by a Canadian Special Forces sniper in Iraq of approximately 2.2 miles (3,540 meters).
