13-Year-Old Twins Rescued From Rubble After Russian Airstrike on Kherson With Guided Aerial Bombs

UPD: Rescuers recovered the body of a man from the rubble of a destroyed apartment building.

Close to midnight, February 19, Russian forces launched an attack on Kherson with three guided aerial bombs, injuring at least six people, including children.

One of the bombs struck a residential building in central Kherson.

“Rescuers pulled 13-year-old twins, a boy and a girl, from the rubble. Both suffered blast injuries and acute stress reactions and are now in the hospital under medical supervision,” wrote Roman Mrochko, the Head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration

Four more men were rescued after the strike, suffering from blast trauma, acoustic injuries, facial abrasions, and other wounds.

On February 19, Russian forces launched a massive drone strike on the port city of Odesa and the surrounding area, injuring four people, including a child.
