Operators of the 413th “Raid” Brigade have successfully destroyed the Russian radio intelligence station “Artikul-S.”
As reported by the brigade on January 21, this station was designed to detect communication networks and manage the Defense Forces' units across a broad frequency range.

To neutralize the target, “Raid” fighters executed a complex, high-tech operation. Prior to this, there had been no public reports indicating that the Russian army had used the “Artikul-S” to counter the Ukrainian Armed Forces, according to the statement.
The station is produced by the Russian company “Irkos.” Its standard configuration includes an antenna-directional system, digital receivers, and a hardware-software complex with remote control capabilities.
“The destruction of such a station by the fighters of the 413th SBS ‘Raid’ Brigade has made the enemy ‘blind’ on a critical section of the front,” the brigade concluded.
In a separate operation, Ukrainian airborne assault troops reported the destruction of two Russian Buk air defense systems in a single day during fighting on the northern Slobozhansky axis.
According to a statement from Ukraine’s 8th Air Assault Corps, the systems destroyed were a Buk-M2 and a Buk-M3—key components of Russia’s medium-range air defense capabilities.
Ukraine’s Kursk Group unmanned systems center detected the movement of the Russian launchers and carried out a precision strike. Despite Russian forces’ attempts to conceal the air defense systems in a wooded area, Ukrainian reconnaissance units successfully located the positions, overcoming the camouflage.
Earlier, it was reported that Ukrainian special operations forces conducted precise long-range strikes throughout 2025, resulting in the destruction or disabling of Russian air defense systems valued at approximately $4 billion.
