Russia launched a massive aerial assault on Ukraine overnight using 400 drones of various types and a single Iskander-M ballistic missile, hitting Kryvyi Rih, Kharkiv, and Vinnytsia.

The Russian military launched Shahed drones and ballistic missiles at the capital of Ukraine. The exact number of aerial weapons is still being verified, but in previous attacks, reports have cited over 500 drones alone.

A wave of Russian drone strikes hit multiple Ukrainian cities on July 7, killing two people and injuring dozens. The attacks caused fires and destruction across Kharkiv and Odesa, including damage to residential buildings, schools, and transport infrastructure.

In one of the most intense and destructive attacks on the Ukrainian capital since the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion, dozens of ballistic missiles and suicide drones rained down on Kyiv overnight, injuring at least 26 civilians and sparking widespread fires across the city.
