Operation Vivaldi is a multi-phase counteroffensive conducted by Ukraine's 3rd Assault Army in the Donetsk region. Across three phases, Ukrainian forces liberated 176 km² of territory, captured over 250 Russian troops, and inflicted more than 5,000 casualties on Russian forces. The operation featured a battlefield bluff that deceived Russia about the main axis of attack, as well as the world's first airborne robot assault behind enemy lines using UGVs delivered by heavy bomber drones.
