Russian Bomb Strike Devastates Sumy Infrastructure, Wounding 11 Civilians

Russian forces struck the city of Sumy on June 30 using four guided aerial bombs.
The Sumy City Military Administration reported that the attack caused injuries to 11 people as a result of strikes on urban infrastructure.

According to preliminary information, two women and nine men were hospitalised with injuries of varying severity. All of the injured are receiving medical treatment and undergoing examinations, while emergency services continue to assess the aftermath of the attack.
Head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration Oleh Hryhorov added that Russian forces carried out a targeted strike on a civilian facility.
He also noted that rescue teams managed to pull a woman from the rubble following the attack.

Just a day earlier, Russian forces launched a strike on Kharkiv. Mayor Ihor Terekhov initially reported that one person was killed and 10 others were injured as a result of the attack.
According to Terekhov, the strike caused significant damage to civilian infrastructure, including a tram, power lines, more than 15 vehicles, an industrial facility, and nearby residential buildings.
Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Syniehubov said that seven people had sought medical assistance following the impact of a guided aerial bomb.

Alongside the strike on Kharkiv, a Russian missile hit a private enterprise in Dnipro on June 29, killing four people and injuring 21, according to the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Hanzha.
Casualty figures were revised several times throughout the day as authorities continued to assess the consequences of the attack.
The explosion occurred at around 10:25, shortly after Ukraine’s Air Force warned of a high-speed aerial target approaching the city. Officials confirmed that the missile struck a private business facility.
