Russian Air Bom Hits Kharkiv, Killing One and Damaging Homes, Tram Lines and Industry

An explosion was reported in Kharkiv at around 15:37 on June 29, with a strike confirmed in the city’s Holokhirski district, local authorities said.
Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov stated that one person was killed and five others were injured as a result of the attack.

UPD: The number of people injured in Kharkiv has increased to 10, Terekhov reported.
According to him, the strike caused extensive damage to civilian infrastructure, including a tram, power lines, more than 15 vehicles, an industrial facility, and nearby residential buildings.
The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, reported that seven people had sought medical assistance following the impact of a guided aerial bomb (KAB).
Additionally, Mayor Terekhov also reported another KAB strike in the Holokhirski district. According to him, the aerial bomb did not detonate, and explosive ordnance disposal teams were working at the scene.

Emergency services remain deployed as authorities continue to assess the aftermath of the attack.
Separately, a Russian missile strike hit a private enterprise in Dnipro on June 29, killing four people and injuring 21, according to the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Hanzha.
Casualty figures were updated throughout the day as authorities assessed the aftermath.
The explosion occurred at around 10:25, shortly after Ukraine’s Air Force warned of a high-speed aerial target heading toward the city. Authorities confirmed that the missile struck a private business facility.

Casualty figures were updated repeatedly during the day: by 11:27, seven people were reported injured; by 11:51, officials confirmed four fatalities and ten injuries; later, the number of wounded rose to 21. Five men aged 22, 33, 54, 58, and 59 were reported to be in serious condition.
In a related incident on June 29, a Russian FPV drone struck a passenger minibus in the city of Zaporizhzhia, killing three civilians and injuring eight others, including a child.
The attack was confirmed by Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration.
Local authorities said the minibus was hit by a Russian FPV drone. According to local Telegram channels, the strike occurred in the city’s Kosmichnyi district.
