The strike damaged the second floor of the educational building and partially destroyed its facade. Emergency responders have since contained the fire that broke out following the attack.
Emergency personnel, municipal services, the National Police, and the Security Service of Ukraine have been deployed to the scene to address the consequences of the strike.
Authorities are continuing to assess the extent of the destruction and provide assistance to those affected by the attack.

The latest strike comes amid continued Russian attacks on educational institutions across Ukraine, including a recent drone attack on a university in Kyiv while classes were underway.
According to President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Russian Shahed-type drones struck the university in the Ukrainian capital while students were attending lessons.
“Today, Russian ‘shaheds’ struck one of the universities in Kyiv—right during classes. Fortunately, the students were in the shelter—160 students,” Zelenskyy stated.
